Thomas Carrig has opened Chef T LLC in Bluffton, providing personal chef services. The company will offer in-home customized food and wine service, including dinner parties, weekly meals, wine classes, cooking classes, cooking demos and nutrition consulting. Chef T will specialize in nutritious foods with ingredients locally sourced from sustainable family farms.
